All Metals - Materials

Leading distributor of Carbon, Aluminum, Stainless and Coated sheet/coil products

Cold Rolled Steel Sheet, Blanks and Coil

  • Good surface condition and gauge control, matte finish for painting and finishing.
  • This material is intended for exposed or unexposed parts where bending, moderate drawing, forming and welding are involved.
  • Uses: general sheet metal fabrication, stamped parts, food processing equipment, storage tanks, fixtures, furniture, electronic enclosures, and cabinetry

Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled Steel Sheet, Blanks and Coil

  • Acid pickled to remove mill oxide “scale”, not as good gauge control as Cold Rolled.
  • Surface is clean, smooth and ready for forming, stamping and general fabrication.

Galvanized

  • Excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Continuously hot dipped coated with zinc.
  • Uses: primarily HVAC, sheet metal fabrication stampings, roofing, electrical boxes, and cabinetry.

Galvannealed

  • Specifically designed to be used in the painted condition.  After painting, the combined paint/galvannealed coating offers excellent resistance to peeling or blistering of the paint.
  • Uses: primarily HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, and cabinetry.

Stainless Steel

304 - 2B

  • Mill finish
  • Better strength, corrosion resistance.
  • Uses: Marine applications, chemical equipment, fabricated parts.

304 - #4

  • Polished, bright finish.
  • Uses: restaurant, kitchen equipment and dairy equipment

316 - 2B

  • Mill finish
  • Widely used in highly corrosive environments, such as: Chemical handling & processing equipment, marine applications, heat exchangers and tanks.

Aluminum

3003 - H14

  • Has high formability characteristics. Does not anodize well
  • Uses: food & chemical handling equipment, appliance components, roofing & cabinetry

5052 - H32

  • Excellent corrosion resistance and adapts to meet mechanical and finishing processes.
  • Uses: fuel tanks, side panels for trailers, bumpers, pressure vessels and cabinetry

6061 - T6

  • A strength level approximately that of mild steel.
  • Very good corrosion resistance and excellent weldability
  • Uses: structural architectural parts, storage tanks, cabinetry, and stampings.
